We will solve the problem
$$\nabla^2 u = 1 \text{ in } \Omega, \quad \frac{\partial u}{\partial n} = 0 \text{ on \partial \Omega_{+} }, \quad u = 0 \text{ on \partial \Omega_{-}}$$
