received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Boston University in 2020. His research includes GNSS remote sensing of ionospheric irregularities and scintillations. He was a young scientist in NASA LWS Institute on Mid-latitude scintillations 2019 and is currently a team member of the ISSI 2021 team on “Multi-scale magnetosphere- ionosphere-thermosphere coupling”
